Hello & Welcome to the world of meditation,

I’m very grateful for your interest and curiosity and if there’s any fear of that you can not meditate – let me reassure  you – that’s what I used to say and did for some time till I had tried different many different types of meditations.

From following guided meditations online to now just sitting in silence this practice has helped me through many ups and downs in my life. I travel very often and I tend to go for new experiences and start life from 0 in brand new paces and it can be stressful – meditation has helped me to trust that everything is going to be amazing and I’m going to be just alright.

Last year my brother had a terrible accident where for the first three days we didn’t know if he’s gonna survive – meditation, specifically focusing my thoughts on sending him all the healing energy and reassuring myself with thoughts that’s he’s gonna be just fine and it’s a part of his journey helped me to go through it and stay sane – because what can you do if the only way was to wait. There was nothing we could do physically, so again – meditation helped me to get through and he got through too!

This year I hit a rough patch in my life with months of depression and from the days of where life had no more meaning and thoughts of it’s better to be gone I turned back to meditation. I had no inner strength at all, neither my body was strong enough to sit in silence or do any breathing, so I went back to simple guided meditations and I noticed how bit by bit it did improve my days, I slept less, I smiled more and I trusted again. I learnt to be joyful again and it made me stronger to trust that we can heal, we can fix ourselves.

Why in a group? When we meditate together we have support, we have like minded people who we can share our experiences with, we feel less lonely in the path that not maybe everyone wants to share.

Group mediation sessions come with a pre-post session e-mail that helps you dive deeper into the transformation that meditation can give you. You’re also able to watch replays of the sessions at any time if you miss them or if you want to practice more often.

You’re also encouraged to join the  Facebook Group to share your insights & journey and encourage each other on daily basis.
