I’m a full time traveler, yoga and meditation teacher with a passion for healthy living and plant based diet. I believe that wellbeing and feeling great in your own body starts with the food we eat links to the movement and then we are ready to achieve higher states of consciousness and clear our minds from unnecessary thoughts to create a better reality and truly live life to its fullest.
